SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times We ship from Switzerland to customers worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Switzerland: 5 –10 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, in accordance with Swiss consumer protection law (OR Art. 40a ff.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. EU customers please note: orders from Switzerland may be subject to VAT and import duties upon entry into the EU.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

6. Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your contact email]. Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you have the right to request redelivery or a full refund.

7. Risk & Title Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For EU consumers, risk passes upon physical delivery to you or a third party you have designated.
